Message If you want some extra power, go for stock with bigger wheels so they flow some more air. Not too mcuh power gain, but is good for those who have to rebuild their turbos and don't want to spend too much.

If you want some more power, Sport 500 are good (or similar). Garrett have many different turbo upgrades available and they are not that expensive considering the power they can make (like the GT28R turbos, you can have close to 600 HP on pump gas... that is to the flywheel).

If you don't want lag, ballbearing is your answer, they will spool up faster than conventinal bearings. Many people say they spool up as fast as the inmediate smaller size turbo with conventinal bearings. Price is not that bad, in fact some ballbearing turbos are just the same price as their equal conventinal bearings. The only catch is you should make sure no matter what to do your regular oil changes, cause ball bearings will go bad quick if they start forming oil deposits.

And if you want crazy power, then choose whatever you can afford, and give it a try, I have seen twin T80 in our engines, but they require lots of upgrades and custom setups (the VG30DETT can take lots of punishment, but there are limits for everything).

Don't forget, almost any good turbo upgrade will require you to change your injectors, intercoolers, and ECU to match the new air volume and flow. also, you will have to replace the precats or current downpipes for new downpipes with 5 bolt flanges to be able to attach to the turbine housing. Many turbos will aslo require for you to use external waste gates, so stock exhaust manifolds will more likely have to go too for new headers.

Thanks
Danny
